Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find important information about how your order is processed, produced, and shipped.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Product Manufacturing & Fulfillment

We offer a mix of products that are fulfilled in different ways:

  • In-House Manufactured Products
    Some of our items are designed, produced, and packaged at our own facility. These products typically have faster processing times and allow us to maintain strict quality control.
  • Print-on-Demand Products
    Other items are made using trusted print-on-demand partners. These products are created after your order is placed, which allows us to offer a wider range of designs without holding excess inventory. Because of this, these items may require additional production time (typically 3–7 business days) before shipping.

If your order includes both types of products, they may be shipped separately at no additional cost.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

International Shipping

We currently (do not) ship internationally. If applicable:

  • Shipping times vary by destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
