Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Print-on-demand products (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
  • Final sale or clearance items

Because some products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Refunds

If your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after we receive your item

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will make it right by offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges
